Dilanti Biento is a saying in Papiamento, which means ‘hopi lihe’ and if literally translated to English means ‘in front of the wind’, indicating anticipation, taking actions and moving forward fast with the wind. Dilanti Biento can symbolically be seen as the subsequent step of Bela Yen, which means ‘full sail ahead’. We have set sail and are now adjusting our sails and moving forward. With Dilanti Biento, the CBA is setting its course to achieve the identified strategic goals for the next five years. We want CBA to be resilient, agile, courageous, and exemplary for the Aruban community.
